She has over 10 years demonstrated expertise in talent management, compensation, and benefits administration, contracts management, job evaluation using various systems, performance management, HRIS, Legal Compliance, HR Consulting, Coaching and mentorship, Staff wellness and cross-functional support, and within global businesses. A collaborative communicator capable of harnessing the full potential of a workforce to improve the process and secure beneficial organizational growth.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration (HR) from Nairobi University, Bachelor of Education from Kenyatta University, A Certified Public Secretary of Kenya (CPSK), A Certified Competence Mapping Expert (CCME, India), Full Member of Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM).
